Regedit in windows run command  (windows key + r key)
Go to your registery and find this key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Itoo Software\RailClone\Styleeditor
and delete this key/folder whatever you may call it.

I hope this works for you too.
I was able to get it to work - removed completely, including Itoo Software folder in Program Data and Program Files (x86), clean up the registry search by keyword RailClone, put again - voila !!!
but install railclone first and then forest pack
There will be one folder for Rail clone pro. dont touch that
